Question My clock is slow... (literally)

had no clue where to put this

We all have heard the phrase, "The clock is slow." When it isn't slow but it is just set behind. Well my clock is literally slow. I reset it to the real time and a week later it grudually ends up being 2-3 hours behind. I noticed it does this if i am keeping my computer up all night downloading huge files
But yea, it is actually the system clock that gets slow. Weird? HA can anyone figure that one out???

So if anyone can figure this little problem out

my guess would be that your battery is dead on your motherboard.
