Question New Vid card

Ok im kinda new to the vid card thing im looking at two vid cards right now the two are......


Sapphire Radeon X1600PRO

whats your budget and what will you be doing? like gaming, video editing, etc...
if price and money are not a facter then i recommend the X1900XT
but out of the two i think the 6600gt is better

well if you dont have alot of money the 6600GT will be a good card. but if you have alot of money buy the X1900XT its the best card out there right now.

Dont go with the X1900XTX, it is a huge waste of money. Its about $60-$100 more than the X1900XT for only like a 25Mhz increase in the core clock. Just but the X1900XT and OC it to the level of a X1900XTX... I just bought this one myself:

nVidia 6800GS, is what i am getting and can run BF2 on high settings with no lag (i know this cause' my friend has this card)
