could someone please tel me what the maximum and reconended overclocking i should do in ghz would be nice. the follying info should help. if any more info is needed please ask. and thank you in advance

I have the LGA775 650 P4, and I can go to 3.95Ghz.
However, you have the 478 Prescott, which runs VERY hot compared to mine. I would reccomend a Thermaltake Big Typhoon, I dont go past 40C @ 3.4Ghz, and didnt go past 49C at 3.95 Ghz (Both full load) I think if you go the Typhoon, you should safely get to 3.5Ghz |

from 3.0Ghz up to 3.4ghz does not need a vcore boost at all, you could easily reach 3.6Ghz without touching anything other than the FSB....
