Default Saving data on CDRW - can I load onto DVD drive?

Hello: I am saving data from my laptop onto a CDRW. I then plan on loading this data (itunes music files) onto my new Dell Desktop with a DVD drive with duel layer? Is this possible?

yes. the dvd drive should be able to recognize the cd

im guessing youve tried it by now, but YES it will work
i have done the same many a time due to having a faulty cd drive (has now been replaced )

So yeah, dont worry lol
