Ive got a problem wid my computer, it wont let me play any video files on it. Namely WMV files and RM files. My cpu usage for the program i use to play them shoots up2 99%. My computer isnt great but it should be able to handle a video since it has done in the past. I havnt had this problem before and i havnt got a clue what to do. Ive formatted my hard drive and the problem is still there.
Ive had my computer for 3 years. It has 1.25gb ram, the processor speed is 1.8 ghz and ive got the geforce 6600 agp graphics card, i dont see why it cant play them :'(. Could someone look into this for me please i cant seem to find anything about it.Neon |

Maybe a codec issue? Have you tried a different player? Have you tried getting a newer version of the player you currently use? Have you updated your graphics card drivers? Have you got the newest DirectX?
