Unhappy XP operating system language

I booted up my computer last night and it opend up in either Japanese or chinese.

Anyone know how I can change it? Remember, I have a difficult navagating because I can't read the dialog boxes.

go to My Computer, Control Panel, and go to Regional and Language options and you should be able to change it there.

OK it should be easy, as you said the langauge is different and have a hard time navigating i have posted some pictures as the icons should be the same

Goto start, Then run type control (press enter)



Click on Date, Time, Language and regional options



Click Regional and language options.



You will see the different language options now.



Change the language and press apply.
