Arrow setting up RAID 0

my motherboard is in the sig...
it supports raid 0 for SATA2
my hdds are SATA1 and im thinking about adding a 120gb to make raid 0 and increase overall load times and such...
question:
should i simply get two newer sata2 hard drives or should i stick with the sata1 hdd when i use raid?

stick with sata1 it should be fast enough for raid0. but if you want to spend the money then go for sata2.
