DDR 400 with DDR 333

Is there any conflict or problems occurs if I installed two DDR400 Memory with one DDR 333 Memory ? I just wonder it would cause the memory bandwitdh unstable and not consistence.

The DDR 400 will downlock itself to DDR333 speeds is all
