Yeah, my room would definitely get warmer from my computer. That was when I was running my Prescott, and it would heat up all the time.

Nothing to worry about at all. Many people work between several pc, come home and sit infront of the personal pc and none of them have starting glowing the the dark yet or their heads look like this.

I have one in my bedroom running most of the day. Nothing happens, although it does get hot, there is a noticable change in temperature when you step out of the room.

This is my 3000th post w00t!!!!!!

Right. It's the MONITOR that gives off radiation, especially from the sides and rear, when running. The monitor gives off negligable radiation from the screen area. You should always stay at least 2feet/60cm away from the sides or rear of a running monitor if you're there any appreciable length of time.

I have a comp in my room. Occasionely i start to glow but a good shower usually takes away the glowing effect

With my computer on it heats my room pretty good! I come home and its 5C hotter in my room, when the door is shut, then the rest of my house

well, i was saying thats what produces the heat, i noticed my ambiant room tempature went from like 69F to like 89F when i get my new monitor and ran it at 1600x1200 res, so i make a heat dissipation thingy on it, lol
