Default quick question on building

Hi

I have a quick question, if i was to change motherboards and hardrive, would i have to reinstall windows or go rebuy windows? how does that work exactly, i'm new to this.

Yeah, most people do have to reinstall windows.

That will work for a new Mobo but obviously if you get a new Harddrive you have re buy windows.
