Computer keeps restarting

I have tried installing Windows XP, and Windows 98SE. When the computer finishes installing the operating system it keeps restarting when it displays the Found Hardware driver search screen. I can only access Safe mode. If anyone has any ideas, I would truly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Where the disks copied from an original??

Check the memory? Have you ever been able to successfully boot?
