Default reloading newer version of office into xp

I purchased office xp 2002 through a work agreement, and it didn't include publisher.Anyways, they are sending me office 2003 which has publisher on it,so here's my questions:
I have 3 accounts on xp,so should I delete the other accounts before I uninstall office and reload it, or will xp know and uninstall it in the other 2 accounts as well?
Do I even have to uninstall the previous version?
Will I have to reset up outlook or will it retain my settings?

you can install it using the acount thats the admin, and it will be thier for the other accounts too. also make sure that the other accounts are logged off. im not exactly sure but try and install the office 2003 and see if thiers an option that says upgrade or somthing. if not just save you settings or remember them, then once you unstall the new office the tranfser the settings.
