Question PC not working after ghosting HDD

Hi guys,

Hopefully there is someone who can help.

I have 2 exactly same computers and I have installed win xp pro on one of them with SP2 and all settings I needed.
Because I don't wanna go through the same installation again, I just simply ghosted image from installed HDD to empty one.
When I connected the imaged HDD, the first time, the system will come up to login screen where I can actually log in, but right after the desktop is shown the PC restarts. After that there is no way the system will boot up to login screen again, there is always reset after few seconds when windows boot screen shows up following with blue screen on for about 1 fifth of a second, so there is no way to find out what it's telling me.
I've done the ghosting with and without ghostwalk to change name and SID of PC. none works.

please help.

Thanks
