Philips MMS460 any good?

Saw some Philips MMS460 5.1 speakers on Ebay. How good are they compared to Logitech ? Here is a link

Nope i wouldnt get some, im having massive trouble with mine. They dont go very loud, my center speaker is wrecked(it crackels and pops all the time) and there is quite a bit of distorsion on almost all the time.
