Default Question.

I do not know where to put this section so I decided to put it under here. Well anyways my questions was, how do you stop that compress thing pop ups. Each time when my computer ran out of space it shows that. Please let me know why. Thanks.

I'm not sure exactly what you're talking about, sorry. If you can explain it a little better that would be helpful...

like you know at the bottom of the right hand corner where the icons are. And I have a balloon that shows up on my computer and says local disk full. and then it ask "will you willing to compress old files?" Then I said no. Then couple minutes later, it comes back up. Please let me know.

Open your registry and find or create the key below.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer

Find the value name "NoLowDiskSpaceChecks" or to create the value by right click->new->DWORD Value

Right click the found or newly created value and select modify, set value to 1 = disable messages

Remeber modifying the registry can cause serious problems, always create a backup before making any changes.
