Most fan controlers come with an adapter so you can use molex fans with the controller.

The only problem i have with that is the case i am getting, has the fan controller in it. i was reading the manual online at the NZXT website, and the fans they primarily use are 3 pin. Or maybe i should just stick with the stock fans...? http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...287392&CatId=0
