Default The Best OS

I'm really starting to get tired of everyone getting mad about too much debate, so debate to your fullest extent!

Choices:

Mac OS (All) And other BSD systems
Windows (All)
Linux (All, again)
Other

And if moderators don't like this, sorry, and I won't do it again.

To start off:
Personally, I think that Mac OS X and window XP crash about the same, and a linux server can run for about 10 years without crashing (If you are lucky, my web host is always crashing, but they rent servers)
Also, Macs can easily beat any OS in the graphics area, but it's functionality is limited. Linux can run almost any windows app, not to mention native linux software.

Default these topics have been covered over and over...

best os

Whats your OS?

Everyone's OS

What OS do you have

Linux apple or windows

Am I the only one getting tired of seeing the same things threads with the same debates posted over and over again?

I want to know what everyone else thinks... Do all of you enjoy debating the SAME topics over and over again? Should I keep closing threads when I do a quick search and find half a dozen (usually more..) threads on the same topic?

There is so much to talk about in the world of computers.. why must we be reduced to MAC OS X vs WINDOWS vs LINUX... I would rather talk about this: paintings ...than this thread...

I am in a great mood so I will leave this thread open.. but when I seen another os poll/thread like this I probably wont be in such a great mood...

There is no best Operating System. Different Operating Systems were designed with different goals in mind.

In terms of security, quality, reliability, and performance, I would choose BSD.

precisely. if you want ease of installation and compatability you go windows, if you want reliability or to experminet with different things go linux/unix, and then theres just OSX that deos a bit of everything
