Default New nVidia card

I bought a nVIDA GeForce 6 Series 6200 yesturday. I have upgraded from an ati 128mb to the GeForce. I have installed all of the sofware + drivers from the CD and Website.
When i am playing on games such as battlefield 2, the screen locks for a few milliseconds and a clicking noice comes though the spaeakers. What could be causeing this???

make sure you have the current drivers not the ones boxed with the card, and make sure its in the socket correctly. Or it could be another hardware probelm, how often does it happen and is the problem always happening on the same part?

Did you uninstall the drivers from the CD before installing the drivers from the website?

it shouldnt matter either way, the drivers from the site can be used to update current ones or install them.

Is your video card and/or cpu overheating? Download Everest to find out.
