Default Changing Window's Sounds

Is there any possible way that I can change window's default sounds, such as the start up music, to a pre-recorded sound such as an mp3. Thanks.

Default Actually...

After a little trial and error, I figured it out... for anyone wondering it must be in a .wav format.

There should be a browse button where you just search and select the sound you want...

Had i seen this thread, i would of told you that. Unfortunatly, the thing about wav's is they take up alot more space then an mp3
