It certainly wouldnt be BETTER (overall), i was just having a play of words on "more ram" (and noting that you picked 1Gb to be more than 2GB
). Overall you'll definitely benifit from 1GB DDR400 rather than 2GB DDR266

Good luck getting those to work well on the A64 board .. he might get it to work. Its worth a shot so do that first if you want to save money but dont count on it working
