I recently bought a renewal subscription for Norton Anti-Vius from their site and recieved a renewal key. I am then supposed to go into the Help & Support menu and check the update with "Update with subcrption key" button. I do this and then click OK, but nothing happens. Can anyone tell me how to get this to work?

Maybe you have some kind of firewall or popup blocker stopping it from working. Disable either of those things...if that doesn't work the best thing to do would be calling or emailing Symmantec for help...They would know their own product better than anyone.
