Default Does this seem high?

Ok, so I just downloaded Speedfan on my little brothers PC. because it was getting SUPER HOT! I mean it was getting so hot that when I touched the power supply it literally BURNT my fingers, then to my surprise when I went to pick it up the side panel was just as hot. So I took it apart to let it cool off a bit, then I did an all out cleaning on it. I took the processor fan and exhaust fan out cleaned them both, I mean it looks brand new inside and out. I have never seen a PC get this hot, you can feel the hot air come out when I took the sides off. So after it cooled off and it was clean I hooked it back up and ran speedfan and this is what I got for readings:

Do these numbers look to high? How can I go about fixing this if so? Oh the Model number on the PC is HP 544N
