Microsoft front page. very easy to use but still look turn out a nice looking page

i agree, its a great WYSIWIG editor. You may also want to try Adobe GoLive or Macromedia Dreamweaver.

Great video tutorials are at http://www.lynda.com but they cost some $$$ but worth it they show you EXACTLY wut your doin step by step, i used it with Frontpage but im sure they might have it for Macromedia and Adobe stuff too

make a site offline and find a host like 1and1.com to put your site on the internet.
