Default Help Urgent!!

Well, everytime i start my computer it starts fine and all but there is a serious problem when iam on my computer working it just reboots by itself without saving anything doesnt even display a error. iam typing this like fast because it is going to reboot agian soon =( Hellp! i need to finish my work!

It could be a few problems... My first thought was a bad power supply... Perhaps try it in safe mode and see if it works any better. Try to find some drivers, run spyware/virus scans, post hijackthis logs...

well my power supply sometimes gives a really bad burning smell so i think its that

Anytime something smells like its burning means something is wrong lol... What are the specs for this system? Does it give any blue screens or does it just reboot?

it just reboots. i just noticed when i plug in and take out usb stuff it reboots more frequently
