Default New Video Card - VIVO?

My old video card a Rosewill Gforce FX5200 just went bad and I want to upgrade of course but I also want to be able to watch and record TV on my computer. I want to know if a card with VIVO will let me do this. Could someone tell me what I would be able to do with VIVO and maybe give some insight on what are some nice cards with this or if someone has used VIVO... anything really. Will I be able to run my digital cable to a RF modulator then the modulator to my PC? Will I be able to record the input?

Thanks

Yes, VIVO allows you to watch TV on your computer via RCA, Component, or s-video (i cant remember which one it is).

Usually it is both, there normally a S-video adaptor to Video (component)

for mine, there is a 9pin? plug, with multiple cables that go into it: (svid + rca)(in out) component out, etc.
