You could try cleaning the inside of you're PC out of it's dirty, or add a few more case fans. Or replace the ones you have now with more powerful ones.

BTW: What size monitor do you have?

17" Flat panel, I'm thinking cutting a whole on the side of the PC and putting a huge exhaust fan there. I cleaned out everything on here inside and out, and I must say it was pretty dusty, I wish there was a way to keep clean, but I don't think there is
