I don't have it or a btx, but from what I understand, all like pci and pci-e cards should still fit the exact same way, the processor and some other things are moved around but you shouldn't have any problems installing a pci/pci-e card

The RAdeon X850xt will fit without any problems. I also have a BTX motherboard; I removed the PCI card that has the phone jacks, I use broadband and never intend to plug into a phone jack. Anyway, I removed it to make more room for a PCI wireless card. While in there, I noticed there is plenty of room around the PCI-E graphics slot.
