Default Laptop or Desktop

Ok... you dont have a computer at all...
you are gona spend $1500 to a pc...

use all $1500 buy/build a desktop? or you are gona spend $1500 to buy a laptop?

so which one for your personal use? Laptop... with less powerfull, more portability...
or dekstop, tons more powerfull with bad portibility?

>>>me and my friend disagree on this so i want to see what u guys think<<<

(for me i would go with desktop)

Desktop... You can get a much better machine for the money, and it's easier to upgrade/repair if you need to.

for persons that dont travel much and are addicted to computers i'd say desktop all the way, but than again there are persons that travel much (bussiness....) so if they are kinda addicted to computers they would buy a laptop

i have a laptop too but i dont remember the last time i went somewhere with it (lol, why did i bought it in first place?)

my choice is DESKTOP

Encore4More is 14 years old, i hihgly doubt he would be going on bvusiness trips and not completed work, lol. Agreed if you were a lpaptop may be necessary, but that wasnt the question. And also, i wasnt talking about business men travelling, i said there was more power for less money, so your argument was null and void in trying to combat mine....

Thats a hard question to ask.

-you get more for your money with a desktop
-if you want the mobility of a laptop, then get it

its really based on whatever u will be doin. if ur gaming then dont get a laptop unless your willing to spend up to 4000, which ur not.
