Default Program Froze now Computer won't boot!

I was using Rasterbator to render an image. What it does is change images into poster size prints. Anyways while it was processing my computer frooze, so I did a manual turn off.

I turned it back on and nothing is showing up on the screen. Fans are turning on though. I'm not getting that familiar beep either.

I've tried multiple things, clear CMOS, replacing video cards, reinstalling BIOS battery, removing IDE cables but nothing has worked.

Its bugging me that program has f'ed up my computer so much. What could the problem be? Thanks in advance.

It's most likly a hardware problem....
You said you alread swapped out the video card so it's not that. It's not power on self test (POSTing) (that beep you know) so alot of times if you don't have video it is because the cpu has come loose or the Power supply Unit (PSU) went bad. It could also be your Ram too... these are the more commen and easy to test sultions.

1)Try reseating the CPU

or

2)Try another CPU

or

3)Try other ram

if it was ram, wouldn't he be getting a lot of beeps from that? he says he's not getting any beeps, so I'm still saying cpu or mobo
