Default Windows Taskbar

Hi folks,

I don't have a problem as such, just an annoyance with Windows XP... I HATE the Windows language bar which crops up every time I boot my machine and what's more, I hate having to turn it off every time... Does anyone know a way to disable this function?

Thanks
