software needed to silent download

i have a dial up connection. i want i download manager which remains hidden from the user all the time and keeps on downloading with idle bandwith without slowing down my internet browsing speed.

what the heck

when my sis is using pc she doesn't resumes my download and if the download window appears she will close it and the download wont carry on. in the same way i dont want to fell her internet slow. so she shouldn't know thtat download is going on.

i need sth like windows automatic update.
