It will probably be the same as with the release of AM2.

Once it was released, a few days later Newegg came out with one or two low-end AM2's, then the following week or two they had almost all of the AM2's in stock. At first they were charging alot more then they were worth, and eventually the prices droped, and the older CPU's didnt drop for a few weeks.

So I would say that in the next few days, Newegg should have a few C2D's available, but I wouldnt expect the other CPU's to drop in price for a few weeks.
