No it doesn't matter about the processor. U can only install office Legally on ur PC if the licence is for more than one user (well u can but it wud be naughty
), U can however purchase another licence for office, which would range between from £60-£90.
and finally no u cant use the XP installation disk from ur mum's dell machine.
