I sent the guy a message and he said it doesnt have the battery but it comes with the caddie
aand its the graphics card fault that it over heats, it says that it ran perfect when it had the correct graphics card.

cosmetically it's in really good condition except a small mark on the top lid which looks like someone tried to polish it. The screen has no scratches on it. Aside from the problems I described above everything else works great.
