Default video chat room problems

heres the deal my computer is limiting the number of peple i can have log into my room way berore i run outa bandwidth and this is my first attempt a t a server i am running camfrog server pro and windows server 2003 on a dual core 4ghz pentium presscott w\ht tech and an asus p5p800 mother board my internet connection is 3 mb down and 1 mb up btu my frieend just buil a server and has 30 mb down and up and he has the same prob the room will only let 7 people in before it startrs to lag
so if any one knows how to chang the settings to allow full use of bandwitdth it would be nice i have been ****ing with it for a month now and have tried everything i know.

i would say it has something to do with the number of ports used by the program. It maybe set up for peolpe with less badwidth there for only 7 people using webcams can chat. Try looking for setting to enable more ports. Or write e letter to the software manuf.

the software is set up for up too 1000 users but i cant figure out how to enable the proper ports the software runs on port 6005 tcp and the udp range is 5000 to 1500 i onlly barely understand all of it so it is slow going so i guess what i am wondering is with server 2003 where do i go to open more ports and if necisary do i need to call my isp to have them open those ports as well
