Has anyone ever heared of a PCIex16 slot (the actual slot its self, individually, not attached to the motherboard, and ready to be soldered on) available for purchase anywhere?
I ask because there are many motherboards with chipsets that support an x16 graphics interface, and have solderpoints for the slot, but dont have the actual connector. Many thanks |

I've never heard of that, can you post some examples of the motherboards you're refering to. I would think it would have to be manufactured on the board itself.
