I bought a pavillion direct/online 18 months ago for my daughter for college with an extended warranty. It crashed.....sent out for repair.....2more crashes, 2 more repairs, now another crash. When the the first crashe happened they sent my daughter a new hard drive for HER to install. Going through HP is a nitemare. Anybody have a number at HP where I can get this thing resolved.....like pronto?
