Hey! I've been having this problem with my IE. It crashes randomly, even when I'm not using it, it gives me that "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to shut down..." all the time. Also, when I press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, I can see about 3 iexplorer.exe applications, so something keeps trying to use Internet Explorer and I don't know what it is...It said something about Add-ons but I don't know which ones to disable and stuff.
I tried scanning my computer on HouseCall but it never works cause it crashes. So I downloaded Firefox, and scanned my computer on HouseCall, but it says it'll take about 5 days or something... I don't know how to fix this, please help...Thanks! |

Ok I'll try that thanks...But I think I already had this program and it didn't help me. If this doesn't work, what should I do next??
Thanks! :Edit: It just did it again, this is what it brings me to, when I click 'Send report"

Ok, at the risk of sounding like a fanboy... Scrap IE and get Firefox, I had that problem from time to time with IE and it started getting really bad. Got fed up, got Firefox, got much happier

Suggesting other software won't solve the problem.
