Exclamation Irql_not_less_or_equal, Rare Case!!!

OK ive just about had it with this error. This is exactly what happened. I made no changes in my PC at all but the day before i used it a lot. I go to turn it on and it gets just past the Windows XP loading screen, a blue screen error appears for less than one second and the system restarts and just keeps looping. Ive tried every startup mode possible and the same exact thing happenns everytime. I just happenned to snap my digital camera at the exact time to get a picture of the error message. Ive attached the picture, any advice? My PC wont startup from any disc without getting past the windows loading screen so am i screwed or what? Its an old P3 750 MHz w/ XP Home and 256 MB memory w/ 20 GB Hard drive. I need this problem fixed seeing as im 14 and this is the only pc im gonna have for a while ...a lot of important school documents on there too. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Run memtest to see if your RAM is alright.
