I would go with the DFI MB , drop the raptor and get another 300gig 16mb cache ( raptor isn't much faster than the 300 to justify) and choose another case.

I dont think its worth getting the raptor and i think the Asus board u have selected is good. its one of the best out there

as far as drives, if you think you need the raptor go nuts, but the 400gb isn't a very cost-effective size, you could probably get 2x250gb for that
