My son has infected my hard drive with porn viewed on the internet and downloaded from Limewire, the peer-to-peer program.
How do I remove ALL of this data securely, and without any possibilty of recovery? It is a work computer, so you can appreciate why I am eager to dispose of the data. If there is no way of removing the data using specialized programmes, will removing the actual hard drive physically work? I could then replace the hard drive with a new one. Any help what so ever will be greatly appreciated! |

A) Yes it will remove all the data
B) I doubt your company will search every computer for deleted data, its just a waste of time.
