Default my router stops working from time to time

hi
my router stops working from time to time.i am using XP home am so is the other computer
is it because my computers are over loading it?????????or is it just the router?????????

u mean like the lights goes off and it resets itself, it only happens when like downloading uploading and playing a online game at the same time for me anyways.

ours used to do that alot... but for some reason it just stopped happening...
