Default strange

My keyboard has kinda changed, to get the @ symbol up iv to press the second tier button and 2, this should be giving me " but instaed it gives me @.....strange, any ideas

Shift+2 = @

My PC does that to me every now and then... I find that the " and @ symbols 'jump' around every now and then, and the PC in my office done it the other day too... I find that these two simply 'swap' places temporarily. Couldn't tell you why though. Sorry
