Question windows 2000 problems

my sister has developed a virus over the course of her college life an i'd like to fix her problem... the only prob is that it's not our computer and these people get very touchy when you mess with their stuff...

i know i could just do a clean install but i don't have the proper disks... i was just going to format it and wait but i also can't launch msdos or change the os loading order to launch from a floppy...

any ideas to fix this prob? or should i just wait till i get the proper disks?

Safe Mode > Anti-Virus && other Anti-Malware tools > ccleaner = No need for format. You could always call up the owner of the computer and ask him to deal with it .
