I dont know if it is a problem yet, but I bought a computer for 10 bucks
. and I went to add/remove things and it had 20-30 items call Windows XP Hotfix - #########. I dont know what they are, it is a windows xp home edition 2000 service pack one if that helps any.

Heh, I got full computer with intel celeron 2.8ghz cpu, 248 ram and working mouse keyboard monitor and speakers. I got it from a friend at work because it would crash on him after about 1 hour of running. So I am going to use it and just put in a new os.
