Default Help!!!

I've just downloaded Kill Disk in an attempt permenantly delete hard drive data, but what the hell do I do!? I don't know what to do, what sections to delete, or what to do after deletion. Please help!

There should be a read me file that will help answer your questions. Unless you have kiddie porn on it, I would just do a fromat. fromat/u c: will do the trick.
