IEEE 1934 is the code name for Firewire, a port on your computer similar to USB but faster and a different shape.
If your webcam isn't working, this should have been posted in the right section for digital imaging. Perhaps a moderator will move it. I think it's unlikely that this is the cause of your problem. What is the problem with your webcam and when did it start occuring? And why do you think the Firewire has anything to do with it? I can promise you it isn't virus/spyware related in any way. |

if you have drivers for it on your mobo it might help reinstalling them
