It's alright if you're wanting to pay $12 for one. Basically how "good" a heatsink is is mostly measured by thermal resistance (°C/W) and Noise level (dBA). The lower the better. There's hundreds out there, the best for comparison might be the Zalman CNPS9500 LED.
