Default Build help on budget

Ok my moms computer recently died. It was a celeron 2.6 ghz prebuilt. Seems the cpu fan died and it overheated. So now I need to find a replacement. I have all the parts except a case, mobo, and cpu.

I need to find a replacement for under 150.00 if possible.

Any suggestions. Forgot to mention, AMD only. =)

The socket type doesnt matter. Socket A would be fine. Was thinking that with maybe a sempron. Case doesnt matter either. Nothing fancy. She only uses the computer maybe 3 times a week for email and web searching.

Thats ok.

Does anyone think this would make a good folding machine, since im currently in the market for one. Or is there a place to buy parts cheaper?

Do you need a new PSU?
