where the best place to buy one . I am going to be getting internet at home dsl, wich I am making a new build so I need one wich one is the best? Do you recommend buying one from ebay?

Unless you're getting some really old motherboard, nearly every one today comes with a NIC...

You would need a wireless card to go wireless, the nic just means you dont need an ethernet card to plug into you pci if you plan on connecting through all them lovely ethernet cables. For wireless you would still need a wireless router plus card for each computer.
